The Master Waitlist
The process all starts with the Master wait list (for Golden Doodles/ Bernadoodles) by submitting an application. Once the application is approved a $200 non-refundable "WAITLIST Deposit" to be placed on the waitlist is required for priority placement. DO NOT send the deposit until after your application is approved. Approvals are reviewed weekly. (Send Deposit/ Pay for directions). All families are on the same waitlist for all Goldendoodles/Bernadoodles litters for all sizes, colors, patterns & gender, etc. You can stay on the waitlist for 1 full year from your deposit date.
"Puppy Pick" Day
After the litter is born, I contact those on the wait list and inquire if the litter timeframe works for their life, what gender is desired, fur coat and if the “Puppy Pick” day and "Welcome Home” week works. If this day and week doesn't work for the families, then they will be asked to wait for another litter, or accept the extended boarding fees, beyond the pickup or transportation window. This initial communication is done via email, so there is a document trail, and I will contact everyone on the waitlist to ask if interested in picking a pup from that specific litter. (pictures of litter will be on the Facebook Private page – Millersburg Paws Private Page). If so then, I will contact you on the scheduled “Puppy Pick” day which is typically when the pups are around 4 weeks old, and each puppy is vidoed and documented with a weights, temperament to that point, fur coats, and colorations. Pups are picked in the order of application deposits are received. If there is not a pup you are interested in within that specific litter then you can for wait for one of the future litters, for up to one year from being placed on the waitlist. After “Puppy Pick” day, a second non-refundable "Reservation HOLD Fee" of $500 is required to adopt and secure the pup. Deposits are taken via Cash app or Venmo. I do not use Paypal (they with hold the funds for 7 days and is nothing but difficult on my part and my families) this additional $500 hold deposit (making the total deposit at 4 weeks to $700)
At 7-8 weeks of age, or one week prior to "Welcome Home Week", final balances are required to be paid.
We will gladly meet you at the airport (Cleveland), at no charge, it is approx 1 1/2 hours from our home, if you fly in to pick up your puppy, or we can work with a puppy nanny, to have your puppy flown to you. We have a variety of ground transporation options that are very affordable to get your puppy safely into your arms. We can give you a rough estimate of when you will take home a puppy but in the end it will depend on how many puppies are in the litters that you are waiting for and how many people ahead of you decide to take a puppy.
We do reserve the right to the first and second pick of the litter at any time, our pick may be eligible for a Guardian home. If you live in our area and are interested, please contact me for more information, on the guardian program. Families interested in this program must live within a 30-45 mile radius from our farm.
All of our puppies are sold with a strict spay/neuter contract and to pet only homes. No exceptions. The dog must be spayed or neutered before 8-14 months of age. Failure to this done will void the health warranty. The proof of spay/neutering must be provided to Millersburg Paws with a certificate of alteration signed by a licensed veterinarian within 25 months of the puppy's date of birth including the microchip number This puppy is being sold as a family pet and does not convey with breeding rights. If this puppy is bred, the purchaser agrees to pay the seller ten times the purchase price of this puppy for every litter produced.
Our puppies come with a 1 year health guarantee (Extended to 2 years if fed NuVet Supplements and TLC Dog Food), health certificate, up to date on shots, de-wormed, microchipped, and will be vet checked. They also go home with a puppy package, which will include; a scented blanket or Calmeroo, puppy toys, treats, vitamins and a starter bag of kibble for their first two weeks. Information will be forwarded on how to establish your autoship for their food to be in your home before the puppy arrives home!
